• Directors whose terms continue -  Rob Blye, Deuane Hoffman, Ramsey Koury, Carmen Santasania, Linda and Linda Wagner

• Election of Officers – Tom Kuehl (President), John Fedak (Vice President), Roger Higbee (Secretary), Frank Haas (Treasurer), Arlene Koch (Past President)

• Directors to be reelected – Shonah Hunter, Sandy Lockerman, Mark McConaughy

• Editors/Directors -  Margaret Higbee (The PSO Pileated) and (Geoff Malosh – PA Birds Editor)

• New Directors – Mike Fialkovich (Allegheny County) and Scott Stoleson (Warren County)
