This bird was found by Bill Etter. This photo of an intermediate juvenile on the road near the fishing pier shows the half-dark stubby bill, light head, pale upper belly, fine white barring on the back, and bolder barring behind the legs.
This bird represents the 1st Bucks County record and only the 2nd record for Pennsylvania.
